Information collected

We store your email address, salted password hash, account creation information, session-token hashes and expiration times. A necessary session cookie keeps you signed in. Wallet and order records contain credit changes, purchase references and master unlocks.

Stem balance is rendered in your browser. Marked vocals sent for correction, stereo mixes sent for mastering and generated outputs are stored on the server under your account. Genre, mood and reference text, per-stem labels/instructions and level measurements are sent with processing requests and saved in your private processing report. Reports follow the project retention period. Automatic song-key analysis sends up to 60 seconds of the instrumental stem mix for analysis in memory; this key-analysis excerpt is not saved as an audio file. If you upload a reference track, up to 60 seconds of its middle are sent for tonal analysis. Reference audio is processed in memory for the request and is not saved as an audio file or added to training; its filename and measured tonal profile are included in your private processing report. IP addresses and technical request information may be processed for logs, security and temporary rate limiting.

How information is used

We use information to authenticate you, process audio, deliver files, maintain balances, provide support and prevent misuse. Customer uploads are not connected to the offline training dataset. Membership and upload do not opt you into training. Separately authorized artist recordings used for development are distinct from customer uploads.

We do not sell personal information or uploaded audio. The current site uses no advertising trackers and sets no marketing cookies. Kickin Beatz promotional links lead to a separate service; your accounts and credits are not pooled.

Providers and payments

The service is hosted on Amazon Web Services in the United States. When enabled, checkout is handled by Stripe under Kickin Beatz LLC's merchant account. We do not collect your full card number in the app. Stripe processes checkout information under its own privacy practices. Google Workspace delivers account verification and password-reset emails using your account email address. Purchase availability is shown on the pricing page. Information may be disclosed where legally required or reasonably necessary to investigate security incidents and protect lawful rights.

Security and retention

We use HTTPS, encrypted server disks, hashed passwords, account-scoped file access and private database backups. No system can guarantee absolute security. Session cookies expire after seven days and sign-out revokes the session.

Stored projects, including unlocked masters, are removed after approximately 90 days. Corrected-vocal intermediates are removed after approximately 7 days. Download files you want to keep. Account settings let you export account records, permanently delete stored audio, or close your account after confirming your password. Closing an account revokes sessions and removes its email and password; pseudonymous financial records remain for accounting and payment reconciliation. Database backups expire after 30 days and do not include audio. Account, support and transaction records are retained while needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, investigate fraud or resolve disputes; contact us to discuss deletion of records no longer needed. Deleted database records may remain in restricted backups until those backups expire; restoration replays the independent account-deletion journal before reopening access.

Your requests

Email info@kickinbeatz.com to request access, correction, audio deletion or account closure. We may verify control of the account before acting. We will explain any information that must be retained and applicable limitations. Rights and response deadlines depend on your location; nothing in this policy limits mandatory privacy rights. Do not send passwords, card numbers or identity documents in your initial request.

Eligibility and updates

The service is for adults aged 18 or older and is not directed to children. Contact us if you believe a child provided information. Material privacy changes will be announced before taking effect. New uses of your audio for model training require separate explicit permission.
