Your membership

Membership is free and does not renew into a paid subscription. You must be at least 18 to create an account. Keep your credentials secure. Kickin Songs and Kickin Beatz have separate accounts, balances and purchase histories.

Your music stays yours

You retain ownership of your recordings. Upload only material you own or have permission to process, including contributions by other performers. You grant Kickin Beatz LLC permission to store, copy and process your content only as needed to provide the service and deliver your outputs. Uploading or joining does not authorize model training. Training participation requires a separate explicit permission.

Processing does not clear rights in samples or other third-party material. You remain responsible for permissions and distribution clearances.

What the service provides

The current service provides browser stem balance, optional vocal pitch correction, tonal master flavors and measured loudness preparation. Every render uses early learned controllers for stem gain and bounded tonal adjustment. Genre and available Nonamus collection profiles guide tone; recognized mood keywords apply modest rules. An uploaded reference track takes priority for tonal analysis; up to 60 seconds from its middle are analyzed. Without uploaded audio, unmatched reference titles use a general Nonamus profile. Typed titles do not fetch external recordings. These small models were trained on DSP gain labels and synthetic EQ examples, not expert mastering pairs, and do not guarantee a professional result. Native Pro Tools and Logic projects require a separate importer or aligned exported audio stems. File, duration and storage limits appear in the studio.

Results depend on source material. We do not guarantee a hit record, chart placement, distribution acceptance or a particular artistic result. Keep your originals and review outputs before release. This is not an archival backup service.

Credits and purchases

Membership, mix downloads and master previews are free. A full master flavor costs 25 credits; three cost 75. Packages are 25 credits for US $25, 60 for $50 and 130 for $100. Any applicable taxes and the final total must appear before payment. No recurring membership fee applies. Checkout availability is displayed on the pricing page.

Re-downloading the same unlocked master is free. A new render creates new master assets with separate unlocks. Failed renders are not charged. Credits are for your Kickin Songs account only, cannot be transferred or spent in Kickin Beatz, and are not currency. Credits have no scheduled expiration while the service operates. Any closure will include notice and resolution of unused purchased balances, subject to applicable law. See the Refund Policy for remedies.

Fair use and availability

Do not infringe rights, upload unlawful content, access other users' files, bypass billing or disrupt the service. Processing can be limited for capacity, maintenance or security. We may restrict abusive accounts and will provide an explanation and support route where lawful and practicable. Outages and service changes can affect availability; retain your own backups.

Responsibility and changes

The service is provided subject to its disclosed capabilities and limitations. Nothing here excludes rights or responsibilities that applicable law does not permit us to exclude. No mandatory arbitration or class-action waiver is imposed by these terms. Material changes will be announced before they take effect and will not retroactively change completed purchase terms.
