Refund and Credit Policy

Prices

Membership is free with no recurring charge. Packages are 25 credits for US $25, 60 for $50 and 130 for $100, before any applicable tax disclosed at checkout. A full master flavor costs 25 credits; all three cost 75. Mix downloads and master previews are free. Repeat downloads of the same unlocked master cost nothing. A new render creates new items.

Failed processing and delivery

Failed renders do not debit credits. If credits are deducted but the unlocked file cannot be delivered, contact us for restoration of the affected credits or another remedy required by law. We investigate duplicate, unauthorized and incorrect charges. Mandatory remedies remain available regardless of the discretionary refund terms below.

Unused packages

You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchasing a credit package if no credits from that package have been used. Credits from a refunded package, including bonus credits, are removed. Refunds go to the original payment method. Once any credit from a package has been used, that entire package is ineligible for a discretionary refund, but defective service, incorrect charges and mandatory consumer rights are handled separately. Credits are not independently redeemable cash.

Delivered masters

Use the free preview before unlocking a full master. A change of taste after successful delivery does not qualify for a discretionary refund. This does not restrict remedies for defective delivery, misdescription or rights required by applicable law.

Expiration and separate balances

Credits have no scheduled expiration while the service operates. They belong to the purchasing Kickin Songs account and cannot be transferred or spent in Kickin Beatz. Any service closure will include notice and resolution of unused purchased balances, subject to applicable law.

Requesting help

Email info@kickinbeatz.com with your account email, order or master identifier and a description of the problem. Never send your password or full card number. We will review the request and explain the outcome. Bank posting times vary; an approved refund is not an instant bank credit. Refunds must be reconciled with the credit ledger so refunded credits cannot also be spent.
